How we use information
- Provide monitoring and alerting services.
- Store profile history and evidence for recovery-readiness.
- Generate reports and recovery artifacts.
- Operate, secure, and improve the service.
Authorized monitoring
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to connect and monitor the business profile data they submit to BPG.
Data storage and security
We plan to use access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, audit logging, backup controls, and recovery workflows that match actual production operations.
Retention and deletion
Final retention periods and deletion timing will be aligned with published operating policy, backup retention rules, and legal review before public launch.
